Hirisk.PRO is an online job board for hiring in high-risk industries: iGaming, Crypto, Forex, Affiliate Marketing, etc. Companies post vacancies, candidates apply and talk to employers directly.

1. Sign in with Google or Telegram. 2. Complete your resume profile: title, grade, skills, experience, desired salary. 3. Find jobs via search and filters. 4. Click «Apply» — the application appears in your dashboard with a status.

Application statuses: New — the employer hasn't replied yet; Invited — you got an interview invitation; Rejected. Notifications arrive via the Telegram bot if linked.

1. Sign in and create a company profile. 2. Post a job — it appears in search and the Telegram channel instantly. 3. Receive applications in the employer dashboard: invite candidates or reject them.

A limited number of active jobs is free. The «+15 jobs» subscription ($15/30 days) extends the limit; TOP boost ($30/30 days) lifts all your jobs to the top.

The limit counts ACTIVE jobs (Active or Paused status). Closing a job frees a slot, but a CLOSED job can be reopened no earlier than 7 days after closing — this protects free slots from abuse (repeatedly closing/reopening to refresh position). Reopening also checks that you still have free slots.

Search ranking: when you unpause or reopen a job, it moves up in its MAIN category feed (sorted by last bump time). However, a reopened job NEVER ranks above TOP jobs (companies with an active TOP boost) — those are always pinned at the top.

Tip: if the job is still relevant but you are not hiring right now — use Pause instead of Close. Pause does not consume a slot again and lets you quickly bring the job back to the feed.

The Telegram in your profile is HIDDEN by default. Candidates: the employer sees your Telegram only after inviting you to an interview and you accepting. Before that only your resume is visible.

Employers: the company Telegram is visible to candidates on the company page and is used for communication and verification. Incognito (NDA) companies show a pseudonym; contacts are revealed only after an invitation.

1. Complete the company profile and add Telegram. 2. Click «Request verification». 3. A site moderator will contact you on the specified Telegram. 4. Provide proof that the profile was created by the company itself: corporate email, official website, company socials, etc.

After approval the company gets the «✓ Verified company» badge shown across the site and in job posts.

NO company on our site will ever ask you for a prepayment, «security deposit», payment for «document processing», training or transferring money «for work needs». A real employer never asks a candidate for money.

Typical fraud schemes: asking to pay for «paperwork» or «insurance»; «earning» offers requiring an initial deposit; requests for card details or wallet access; unrealistically high salaries for simple work; pressure and urgency («the spot is gone today»).

Don't share passport, card details or account access before official onboarding. Verify the company: website, email domain, socials. Don't click suspicious links in chats. Use a separate Telegram for job hunting if you want privacy.
