3. Purposes: providing platform functionality (job posting, applications, chat), analytics, Telegram bot notifications.

4. Stealth Mode: you can hide your name and contacts; they are revealed to the employer only after an invitation is accepted.

5. Third parties: we do not sell data. Payments are processed by NOWPayments (we transfer the minimum necessary data). Hosting uses data centers with data protection safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion: data is stored while the account is active. You may request deletion via support.

7. Cookies: used only for the authentication session and locale.
