Terms of Service

1. General. Hirisk.PRO (hirisk.pro) is an online classifieds board (job board) for hiring in high-risk industries (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, Affiliate Marketing, etc.). By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Safe Harbor / Section 230. The platform is an interactive computer service — a classifieds board. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (US) and similar Safe Harbor doctrines, Hirisk.PRO is not the author or publisher of third-party content and is not liable for jobs, applications, profiles, working conditions, or any actions of employers or candidates posted by users.

3. User content. Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job listings and compliance with labor law in their jurisdiction. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes.

4. Prohibited content. It is strictly forbidden to post: gambling participation offers, earning schemes, financial pyramids, direct referral links, or any external links in job texts and messages (except the official employer domain in dedicated fields). Violations lead to content removal and account suspension.

5. Paid services. Job limit extension ($15/30 days) and TOP boost ($30/30 days) are paid in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new version.
