Safety rules & anti-fraud

1. No prepayments. No company on Hirisk.PRO may ask a candidate for prepayment, «security deposit», payment for document processing, training, uniforms, or money transfers «for work needs». A real employer never asks a candidate for money. Any such request is a sign of fraud.

2. Typical fraud schemes: requests to pay for «paperwork» or «insurance»; «earning» offers requiring an initial deposit; requests for bank card details, passport data, or wallet/account access before official onboarding; unrealistically high salaries for simple work; pressure and artificial urgency («the spot is gone today»); communication only via private messages without an official company domain.

3. What to do about fraud: stop communication, do not transfer money or share card details. Report the violation to support at https://t.me/hiriskpro — the offending account will be banned and the content removed.

4. Contact privacy. The candidate's Telegram from the profile is hidden from employers and revealed only after an interview invitation is sent and accepted by the candidate. The company Telegram is visible on the company page and is used for communication and verification.

5. Company verification. A company may apply for verification only with a Telegram specified. A moderator contacts the company on Telegram and requests proof that the profile was created by the company itself (corporate email, official website, socials). After approval the company receives the «✓ Verified company» badge. Verification confirms only that the profile is managed by a company representative, not the integrity of working conditions.

6. Platform liability. Hirisk.PRO is a classifieds board, not a party to employment relations; it does not verify the legality of companies' activities and does not guarantee the accuracy of vacancies (see Disclaimer). Do your own employer screening: website, email domain, socials, reviews.

7. Personal data protection. Do not share passport, card details, or account access before official onboarding. Do not click suspicious links in chats.
